We offer group classes and private lessons for adults, age range 12 and up. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our program will grow your skills.

By remaining truthful to the lessons learned in practice and applying them off the mats, Renzo Gracie SAT students experience an overall improvement on their focus, energy, and general well-being.

The Renzo Gracie SAT BJJ Program teaches these basic principles of effective fighting to individuals like you. Its structure condenses an immense diversity of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu into core fundamental moves combined intelligently and safely to optimize your learning.

Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Our kids program invites students aged 6 to 11 to learn in group lessons. Classes will allow your kids to practice in a safe environment and are focused on self-defense and developing a fundamental skill set.

To excel in any endeavor, individuals need to have a strong set of values and a solid character that gives them perseverance to achieve his or her goals. The Renzo Gracie SAT Kids BJJ Program was created to provide children to experience and understand core values like focus, discipline, persistence, cooperation and respect.

As a contact sport, Renzo Gracie SAT provides a very challenging yet safe and caring environment for a child to mature towards a real life champion.The outcome of continued childhood practice of RGSAT BJJ goes far beyond the accomplishments on the mats. The discipline and excellence demanded by our instructors often carries over to the child's behavior at home and at school.

Mixed Martial Arts

This program is open to individuals of all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Newcomers are welcome and training is tailored to accommodate various skill levels and fitness goals.

Our MMA classes work on the three basic positions of fighting - striking, clinchwork and ground fighting. We combine jiu jitsu, wrestling, Judo and Muay Thai to build the skills for these positions.

Training in MMA can have positive impacts on cardiovascular health, speed, agility, and reaction time. When combining striking and grappling, it often leads to high intensity interval training, which is known to improve overall fitness.

If you are interested in pursuing an amateur or professional MMA career, opportunities are available for those who are serious, dedicated and motivated. Our coaching staff will be able to guide those who are interested to determine if/when a student may be ready to pursue these goals.
